Политика конфиденциальности — Bitrix Next
Bitrix Next не отправляет данные разработчику, рекламным и аналитическим
сервисам или на выбранные разработчиком серверы. Нет аналитики, телеметрии,
удалённого логирования, трекинга и серверов разработчика. Настройки сохраняются через
storage.sync и могут синхронизироваться вашим аккаунтом Google/Mozilla,
если синхронизация браузера включена. Загруженные аудиофайлы остаются локальными и
никогда не синхронизируются.
Расширение бесплатное: нет платных тарифов, встроенных покупок и платежей в принципе — значит, нет и платёжных данных.
1. К каким данным Bitrix Next получает доступ

Это полный список. Bitrix Next не читает содержимое ваших сообщений, записи CRM, контакты и файлы.
Скрипт, который должен работать в контексте страницы Bitrix24, получает только общий флаг включения и пять флагов «включено/выключено» для типов событий. Выбор звуков, громкость, загруженные аудиофайлы и остальные настройки остаются внутри расширения.
2. Что Bitrix Next отправляет на удалённые серверы
Ничего — разработчику, рекламным и аналитическим сервисам или на выбранные разработчиком серверы. У нас нет бэкенда. Нет пикселей трекинга, SDK аналитики и удалённой отправки ошибок.
Расширение не делает собственных сетевых запросов и не изменяет ваши. Оно лишь слушает realtime-события PULL вашего портала Bitrix24, которые и так приходят в вашу вкладку, чтобы подобрать нужный звук уведомления.
Сам браузер может синхронизировать небольшую запись настроек через ваш аккаунт
Google/Mozilla, поскольку используется storage.sync. Эта синхронизация
управляется браузером, необязательна и отключается в его настройках. Аудиофайлы хранятся
в storage.local и в синхронизацию не входят.
В расширении нет ссылок на сторонние сервисы: ни страницы доната, ни адреса аналитики, ни собственного сервера обновлений — обновления приходят только через магазин браузера.

Произвольные vanity-домены и коробочные/self-hosted порталы в этой версии намеренно не
поддерживаются. Bitrix Next не запрашивает разрешения
activeTab, scripting, alarms, commands,
declarativeNetRequest и notifications.
4. Изменяет ли Bitrix Next данные в Bitrix24
Нет. Расширение никогда не создаёт, не редактирует и не удаляет ничего в вашей CRM и чатах, не изменяет, не блокирует и не добавляет сетевые запросы. Оно только локально заменяет звуки уведомлений.
(В ранних сборках был «режим невидимки» — скрытие статуса прочтения, набора текста и онлайна. Он удалён в версии 0.4.3: в Bitrix24 Air отметка о прочтении встроена в запрос загрузки чата, а онлайн вычисляется на сервере по активности запросов, поэтому надёжно реализовать это невозможно.)
5. Хранение данных
- Настройки: хранятся, пока вы их не измените или не удалите расширение.
- Загруженные звуки: хранятся, пока вы не удалите их в настройках.
Удаление расширения автоматически стирает всё его хранилище.
6. Дети
Bitrix Next — рабочий инструмент для взрослых, использующих корпоративную CRM. Мы не собираем данные ни о ком, включая детей.

Если порядок работы с данными когда-либо изменится, мы обновим этот документ с датой и понятным описанием изменений, а для любой новой функции, связанной со сбором данных, потребуется явное согласие пользователя.

9. Товарные знаки
Bitrix Next — независимое неофициальное расширение. Оно не связано с Bitrix24 и Bitrix, Inc., не одобрено и не поддерживается ими. Все товарные знаки принадлежат их правообладателям.
Privacy Policy — Bitrix Next (English)
Bitrix Next sends no data to the developer, advertisers, analytics services, or
any developer-chosen server. There is no analytics, telemetry, remote logging,
tracking, or developer-operated backend. Settings use storage.sync and may
be synchronized by your Google/Mozilla account if browser sync is enabled. Uploaded audio
stays in local extension storage and is never synced.
Bitrix Next is free. There is no paid tier, no in-extension purchase, and no payment of any kind — so there is nothing to bill and no payment data to handle.

That is the complete list. Bitrix Next does not read your messages' contents, your CRM records, your contacts, or your files.
The script that must run in the Bitrix24 page context receives only the master enabled flag and five per-event enabled/disabled flags. Sound choices, volumes, uploaded audio bytes, and all other stored settings remain inside the extension.
2. What data does Bitrix Next send to remote servers?
Nothing to us, advertisers, analytics services, or any developer-chosen server. We do not operate a backend. There are no tracking pixels, analytics SDKs, or remote error reporting.
The extension makes no network requests of its own and modifies none of yours. It only listens to your Bitrix24 portal's realtime PULL events (already arriving in your own tab) to pick the matching notification sound. It sends no data to any origin.
The browser itself may synchronize the small settings record through your signed-in
Google/Mozilla browser account because it is stored using storage.sync. That
browser-managed sync is optional and can be disabled in browser settings. Custom audio
bytes use storage.local and are never included in browser sync.
Bitrix Next contains no outbound links to third-party services — no donation page, no analytics endpoint, no update server of its own beyond the browser store itself.

Arbitrary vanity domains and self-hosted Bitrix24 portals are intentionally unsupported in
this release. Bitrix Next requests no activeTab,
scripting, alarms, commands,
declarativeNetRequest, or notifications permissions.
4. Does Bitrix Next modify any data on Bitrix24?
No. Bitrix Next never creates, edits, or deletes anything in your CRM or chats, and it does not modify, block, or add any of your network requests. It only replaces notification sounds locally.
(Earlier builds offered a "stealth mode" — hide read receipts / typing / online. It was removed in v0.4.3: on Bitrix24 Air the read marker is fused into the chat-load request and online status is computed server-side from request activity, so none of it could be made to work reliably.)
5. Data retention
- Settings: kept until you change them or uninstall the extension.
- Custom uploaded sounds: kept until you delete them in options.
Uninstalling Bitrix Next deletes all of its extension storage automatically.
6. Children's privacy
Bitrix Next is a productivity tool for adults using a corporate CRM. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
7. Changes to this policy
If we ever change how Bitrix Next handles data, we will update this document with the date and a clear changelog, and require explicit opt-in for any new data-collection feature.
